The venue hire fee for Cottonwood is $5,000, plus an additional $825 if you’d like to get ready onsite. (Day use only.)

Up to 60 guests are permitted for Weddings.

Port Douglas Weddings and Hire is the exclusive supplier for Cottonwood Estate.

Cottonwood is located at Oak Beach, just 10 mins from Port Douglas. Please note all guests must arrive and depart by prearranged Transfers.

We will happily arrange return transfers from Port Douglas and surrounding, for all your wedding guests.

Please note, a luxury loo must be hired for guest use, as the house itself cannot be accessed during events.

Tennis Court | Surrounded by a Lush Garden and sky-high trees. The newly refurnished Tennis Court is the perfect location if you want to have everything in one location. Cocktail area, Sit down Reception for up to 60 guests and still have enough space for a Dance Floor and Band.
